He is deeply community minded, believing that small towns are built on helping one another, and he carries that belief into every call and every decision he makes.Jeremy leads by example. Today, he continues his commitment to public safety as the EMO Director for the RMs of Ponass Lake and Barrier Valley. His return has been a tremendous gift to our rural area, as he brings back decades of training, leadership, and knowledge, he now shares with the very communities he grew up in.Rob is a tremendous leader who guides our departments with patience, clarity, and genuine care. **Karlie Christianson** Joining our medical responder team in October 2025, Karlie Christianson brings not only her healthcare experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse but also a genuine heart for helping others. **Kyla Fountain** We are excited to welcome Kyla Fountain to our medical responder team! Kyla joined us in October 2025, bringing her healthcare experience as a Registered Nurse, she is dedicated, and has a true passion for helping others. Kyla’s willingness to step in wherever needed and her commitment to our community make her a vital part of our team. We are grateful for her energy, skill, and heart, and we know that her presence will make a real difference in the lives of those she serves. When asked what she enjoys most about serving, Kyla said: ‘This community was more than welcoming when I moved here, and I am honoured to be able to help more people being a first responder.’ Hobbies and interests- Quading, spending time with friends/family at the lake, sewing and crocheting, watching my kids be a part of this great community.
